BTO, Resale or EC?

BTO, Resale or EC? Hi
I like to seek some advice on which option is the best. These are some of the options and the relevant concerns on them: 1) BTO - Need to wait around 5 years. May like to get married within 3 years. Recently got pay increment and may not get if based on current income. Heard can qualify if they look at past year tax filing. 2) Resale - Although don't mind second hand houses, will prefer brand new if possible. 3) EC - After the initial 20% payment, my CPF and cash savings would be nearly wiped out.
