The Dendrobium, an orchid-inspired electric hypercar produced by the Singapore company Vanda Electrics, is all set to make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show on March 7. According to the company, the car's exterior design consists of a roof and doors which will open up in a "synchronised theatrical manner, resembling a fully-opened dendrobium flower, a genus of orchids native to Singapore". Dendrobium is the first ever home-grown supercar of Singapore and it will be entirely electric, said the company in a press release. The car was developed by Vanda Electrics and Williams Advanced Engineering — famed for its work in Formula One racing.
