System outage on Singpost SAM machine on 8 March 2017-missing payments Hi all,
Just want to inform everyone that there was an islandwide system outage on 08 March 2017 on the SAM physical machines. I was able to pay through their machine and even received receipts from them. However, some of my payments through them is still missing as of now and it is unusual. Do check your statements with the billing organisations to make sure that your payments went through. Does anyone know their upper level management email? Also apart from IDA, is there another authority i can go to? perhaps MAS as this involves money? Last edited by sgdividends; Today at 06:02 AM.. |
