JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Executive (Group HR) is a key pillar of the Group HR Function. The position works closely with the Group HR & Admin Manager to manage & drive the main areas of the Human Resource Function of the Group as well as for all of its subsidiary Companies located in various Countries in Asia.

The scope of that role & responsibilities are to cover Employees Relations & Compliance, manage the Recruitment & Benefits Management, administer the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) as well as execute Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks. In addition provide support to mangers & employees on Company Policies, Procedures, Staff Benefits & to ensure compliance to all National Laws & Regulations on manpower relations & social issues.

-- This is a Contract position (up to end July 2017), covering our HR Executive who will be on maternity leave. --

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 5 years of work experience in full spectrum HR Generalist role, preferably in Construction & Engineering industry.
  • Preferably someone with experience in salary benchmark and reviewing of policies.
  • Well versed in the Employment Act and other HR-related statutory act.
  • Someone with good initiative, independent, good management of priorities and high adaptability.

OTHER INFORMATION
  • Able to commit up to end July 2017.
  • Able to join immediately or within short notice.
  • 5 days work week, office hours (Mon to Thurs: 8:30am to 6pm, Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm).

  • 5 minutes walk from Sixth Avenue MRT (Downtown Line)
