Problem with MOE MOE got a big problem. When they need a relief teacher or instructor, the teachers are the ones interviewing.
In short, they have no HR dept that source for the best contractor. It's only the managers finding the people they like. Worse, a teacher with no soccer knowledge and HR knowledge, interviewing a soccer coach. |
