Apply for Letter of Administration through for uncle through lawyer to delegate asset management to person x (cannot be nephew iirc) 3. purchase insurance for new owner and terminate old insurance. 4. Go to LTA and pay for transfer of ownership from person x to nephew 5. done Option B: 1. just pay for the vehicle loan every month. if Bank/private loan no mane noise, no one will notice as the COD is not linked to banks.
